The “POSTER MAKING COMPETITION” is being organized by Cultural Committee on 20/Jan/2024 to
provide a platform to students for unveiling their creativity & enhancing it by recognition.
DETAILS OF POSTER MAKING COMPETITION
Theme of Poster - „Awadh Mein Aaye Raam’
Date of Competition - 20/Jan/2024 (Saturday)
Time allotted to prepare poster - 11:00 am to 1:00 pm (2 Hours)
Venue - CS Lab- 01 (BSACET)
Last Date of Registration - 19/Jan/2024 (Friday)
Registration Fee - NIL
Winner will get exciting CASH-PRIZE & TROPHY

RULES FOR POSTER MAKING COMPETITION
1) Student can participate on individual basis.
2) Only one poster is allowed to present per participant.
3) All participants will get participation certificates.
4) Participants need to prepare poster at the venue during allotted time only.
5) Only one drawing sheet will be provided by organizing committee to each participant.
6) Posters can be made with use of Pencil, Crayons, Water Color, and Oil Paints etc.
7) Participants should bring all drawing material by their own (excluding Drawing Sheets).
8) Photographs & Print-outs are not acceptable.
9) Any prior made poster or part of is not allowed.
10) Posters must be Original Work of Participant.
11) Participants can‟t keep their mobile phones with them during competition.
12) All participants need to write their name, roll no., course, branch & year on the back of the poster.
13) All participants should report 15 minutes prior to the commencement of competition at venue.
14) Name of winners will be announced & awarded on 26/Jan/2024.
15) Decision of Judges shall be final & binding to all.
16) Violation of any rule may lead to disqualification from competition.
17) The organizing committee reserves the right to amend any rule without any prior information.
