(ISELCO 1), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Eligible Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the installation of the Solution Automation System (Android Meter Reading, Billing and Collection System, and Fiber Optic Connectivity}: Installation of the Solution ‘Automation System PhP8.00 per billed consumer Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (BAC) shall be automatically rejected in bid opening. Bidders should have at least three (3) completed contracts similar to the project, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
