CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR CLEANING SERVICES

This contract is made between GP APARTMENT SDN BHD (1243321-H) AT GELANG PATAH, JOHOR,
MALAYSIA. (hereafter known as the Client) having a business place at SUSUR GP PRIMA, TAMAN GP
PRIMA ,81550, GELANG PATAH, JOHOR, MALAYSIA, and ENVIRO CLEAN PRO [ JM 0750285-D] hereafter
known as the Contractor having a business place at No UG 12, GP SENTRAL, TAMAN GP SENTRAL PRIMA,
81550. GELANG PATAH, JOHOR. MALAYSIA.

This agreement shall be considered fully executed on the latest date that being stated below. The Client desires
to have certain cleaning, housekeeping, and janitorial services, as described below, and performed upon the
Client's premises. Therefore, the parties hereby agreed as follows:

Client shall grant Contractor access GP APARTMENT SDN BHD including the surroundings area during
regular business hours and other mutually agreeable times.

PAYMENTS

- Client shall pay Contractor RM5,200.00 / per month for the CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDED at GP
APARTMENT by first week (7 Days) of each month for services to be performed during the rest of that month.
Original invoice and claims will be invoice able to the Client. - Services to be performed by Contractor
explained as per appendix Attached. Additional days or hours required to work will be invoiced accordingly.

- The contract shall execute the service to be begin from 1ST Jan 2024 and end on 1st Jan 2025 (1 yrs.).
Thereafter, services shall be performed on a regular schedule to which the parties agreed.

TREMINATION

- Either party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon sixty (60) calendar days prior written
notice. Any payment for services rendered owed by Client shall be due and payable at the time this Agreement
is terminated.

EQUIPMENTS

Contractor will be provided with basic cleaning equipment, Cleaning chemicals, Disposal Rubbish Plastic and
for the service.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Client and Contractor have caused their duly authorized representatives to
execute this Agreement:
