Daily work flow and bonus system

Step1

When Boss B or our customers gives the number, you can start working and bind
numbers. Always use telegram account in work groups and client groups. After the binding
is completed, send account pictures and videos to the group. There are two different
groups below for you to report back:
1. If the number is given by Boss B, it will be sent to the production group of your own
team.
2. the accounts of produced remotely is transmitted to the remote production group.

The following is the format for reporting to the group:

*Pictures + Videos
*New number: phone number
*Name: Real Username
*Mpin: Mpin code
*Limit: 100K or 500K
*Order Name: our customers
If you are in the group where Boss B gave you the number, then after completing the
binding of the account, send the pictures and videos to Boss B’s group.If you got the
number in the customer group, then after completing the binding of the account, send the
pictures and videos to the customer group.When the daily work numbers have been used
up and need new numbers, please inform Boss B and the customers of the completed
number list.

Step2

After finishing the work for the day, make a list of all completed numbers and sent to two
groups.
1. customer group for customer confirmation
2. work group of your own team, for YUYU to calculate payment after completion

Remove the leading 0 from the number
after that, Please ask the customer or boss B to confirm.

Step3

After completing the day's number binding work, fill in the “daily report” and “Lease
renewal checklist”

TTGCASH customer account re-scanning work

Each team has a face-scanning group for each customer. The manager of each team
needs to assign employees to check.If you connect with a customer but the customer
doesn’t respond after 2 minutes just @customer in the group.

The customer group scanning rules are as follows:

All re-scanned numbers

1. Please arrange for people to contact each other once using messenger and phone
before 5pm. If the account owner is not contacted, please note one
2. If you are contacted but the account owner has made an appointment at another time to
cooperate with face scanning, please note the agreed time on the list and mark it down

For those numbers marked with one , we will contact them for the second time after
6pm. If there is still no reply, please mark the second number . When the number
accumulates 4 marks, we will cancel the lease and will never cooperate with this tenant
again. If the tenant does not cooperate with the scan after being contacted, tell the TT
Gcash repair manager that this number will be cancel the lease .

Here are the fees and bonuses:

*500P is cost for rescan an account

*Bonuses will be distributed irregularly on the 10/20/30 of each month
*Within one month of joining the company, the bonus will be 1000P~3000P, if you have
been in the company for more than one month the bonus will be 3000P~5000P.

I will make a record based on whether there are any problems with the numbers
completed by each team. and check once every 10 days. Contains whether there are
many scans that have not been completed.

These performances will be recorded and affect the amount of bonuses. If the team
performs well, there will be an additional team bonus of 10,000P.
