I am writing this letter in connection with the office administrator position vacancy advertised on
your company website. With my experience and knowledge of administration, I believe I am the right
applicant for this position.

I graduated from Korea University several years ago with a bachelor’s degree in business
administration. As soon as I graduated, I interned at PT. Mercedes Benz Indonesia for six months. At
that time, I was part of the Junior Project Team. My duties include scheduling, writing reports,
organizing documents, and performing administrative functions on a daily basis. Although only a
short time, this internship sharpens the communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that I
believe are the most important qualities an administrator should have.

I also have extensive computer skills. I can operate a variety of technology tools and software, from
basic office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sheets to scheduling programs such
as Microsoft and Google calendar software. I can also operate office equipment such as scanners,
printers, faxes and copiers. I am confident that my technical knowledge will enable me to work
effectively and efficiently for your company.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experience align with your team’s
