Instructions for Candidates

 Students must check their timetables regularly at home, before leaving for the exam.
 Students must be aware of the subject of examination, start time and end time before they
leave for school on regular basis.
 Candidates must be on time for all exams and periods of Full Centre Supervision.
 Key time: 10:30 a.m. (morning session) and 2:30 p.m. (afternoon session). All candidates
should be in the school premises during key timings on the day of respective examination
sessions.
 Candidates must be dressed neatly in white shirt / top and blue denims and wear their ID card.
Hoodies and jackets will not be allowed.
 Only transparent water bottles, writing pads, pencil cases are allowed.
 Students should carry their ID cards and Statement of Entry.
 Students need to take a printout of the Statement of Entry as shared on email.
 Students should show the ID cards and Statement of Entry to the concerned teacher / security
at the Turf area / Reception area.
 Students will be required to take the stairway to go to the examination room. Students will not
be allowed to use the elevator.
 Students with health conditions will be permitted to use the elevator with prior permission
from the Head of the School.
 Students must maintain silence and sit only at their designated desk at the holding area.
 Students will keep their belongings (locked and to their own discretion) in their designated
holding seating area, before they move to the examination room.
 Students must submit their mobile phones at the reception, before they climb up to the
examination room. However, students are advised not to carry mobile phones. The school will
not be held responsible in case of any loss or theft. Students cannot leave their phones in their
bags.
 Students need to follow the order as instructed by the teachers for each class to enter and leave
the classroom.
 No eraser/sharpener covers, geometry box cover, highlighters, money, mobile phones, smart
watches/any unauthorized digital equipment or unwanted material are allowed in the
examination room.
 Candidates are allowed to carry only the geometry instruments in the exam room when
required and keep the boxes outside the examination room.
 Candidate must not talk to, attempt to communicate with, or disturb other candidates once
having entered the exam room.
 Candidates are not allowed to have any communication device, including the internet during
the examination.
 Candidate must not be involved in any unfair or dishonest practice before, during, or after the
exam.
 Any candidate found copying, indulging in conversation with other candidates, possessing
unauthorized document/written information would be liable for disciplinary measures.
 On completion of the examination (Paper 1), students will return to their assigned classroom &
seating place on the floor assigned.
 Students must carry their exam material back home. For hygiene purposes, all stationery items
/ pencil pouches left behind will be discarded.
 Students will be under Full Centre Supervision when there are two or more two papers
scheduled.
 Students will not be allowed to use any communication device, including the internet, during
Full Centre Supervision.
 Students can have books and revision notes with them during Full Centre Supervision, but they
must not take them into the exam room.
 Students must get food and snacks, to eat in between papers during Full Centre Supervision.
 Students are expected to not drop any food in the class, while eating.
 Students cannot leave the classroom room until they are given permission to do so.
 If students need to leave the room they will be supervised by a member of staff.
 Candidate should adhere to the instructions given by the invigilator.
