Filled letter of undertaking form shall be submitted if opting for Trakhees Green Building Certification. The form is located at Trakhees website under Civil Engineering Services> Permit S
(Green Building)>Forms>TRK-CED-GB-CF06(1)a, Letter of undertaking - Green Building Certification - New Building . Otherwise, proof of registration from external green building certific
shall be provided.

Proof of appointment for prequalified Green Building Consultant and Commissioning Specialist shall be provided. The list of Trakhees prequalified Specialist is at Trakhees website under
Engineering Services> Permit Section (Green Building)>Third Party Agencies for your reference.
