Services
1. Appointments (SITS) will be delivered to you by our in-house agents that will dial on
your behalf to give you soft-qualified appointments that we guarantee will sit with
you. We will request information about their credit score, and utility bill and
attempt to give you the most qualified sit possible, however, due to circumstances
out of our control we are unable to guarantee that the information they provide us
will be completely accurate.

Our agents will aim to deliver these appointments as soon as possible but we
state that we need a 30-day window from the specified date of onboarding to
when the 30 days will commence.

TERMS OF SERVICE

SERVICES
1) The SERVICE PROVIDER is contracted to provide 5 verified qualified confirmed sits

COMPENSATION / TERM OF AGREEMENT

2) The CLIENT agrees to compensate the Service Provider $2250 for 5 sits.

3) All the sits will be qualified, homeowners, 650+ credit, $100+ utility bill, and no shade or a
little shade. All the no-shows and unqualified sits would be replaced for free.

4) Compensation does not include sales tax or other applicable duties as may be required by
law. Any sales tax or duties required by law, if any, will be charged to the client in addition to
the compensation.

5) If the CLIENT does not receive the guaranteed appointments (sits) in the 30-day window,
with voice recordings of the agent calling, we will work out a method to deliver
compensation. However, it must be noted these do not include the bill, and will only be in
the desired location of (state)
 6) We will provide you a certain number of sits as mentioned above in the next 30 days after
your campaigns get launched. We will compensate you for the appointment that is not
delivered. For example: If we delivered 8 and failed to deliver 2 then you'll be refunded
$900.

7) You’ll be notified during the day of the appointment with the confirmation, if you miss the
appointment it's going to be counted as a sit, so it’s up to you to show up and close the sit.

8) If you won’t be available on a particular day, the team must be notified in advance so that
team won’t be booking sits for you on that day. If we aren’t notified and team-generated sits
then those would all be counted as “sits”.

9) You must update the status of all the sits in the next 2-3 hours of the appointments
only then we would be able to schedule new sits for you.

10) If you run the appointment and if it’s a DQ, please submit the proof or a screenshot.
Especially for credit fails and utility bills of less than $100. Unfortunately, if we don’t
get the proof we won’t be able to replace the sit.

11) We hold the right to call the customers 4 hours after the appointment time to get the
updates in case we don’t get the update from you within 2 hours of the
appointment time.
12) Growth Magnet Studio will send 5 verified and qualified sits to for a one-time setup of $2250

13) We book the appointment at the customer and your earliest convenience so that we can
avoid rescheduling and cancellation but if you reschedule the appointment it has to be marked
as a sit, if it's an emergency you need to contact the team and notify them about your situation
so that we can work out something.

Generating Additional Revenue While Working With Us

13) You can make additional revenue with our service just by sending your colleagues or
friends who are looking for solar leads or sits. If we end up working with them we offer flat $500
commission.

14) If you close some sales and make positive ROI with our services, you can share your
number with us and our potential clients can text or call you regarding your experiences with
our services and if you can put some good words for us. If we end up closing them we offer a
flat $250 commission.
