• Process flow design, Process investigation, Root cause analysis and resolving Q issue.
• Handling and guiding few associates to perform try-out tasks.
• Interpretation of drawing GD&T and focus of details.
• First part setup and NPD (new part development) prove out.
• Generating program for EDM and set up and operate EDM machine.
• Checked sequence of operation number, and types of cuts required, and method of setup
that will produce the desired end product.
• Program transfer, initial start up, trail run.
• 5s, Y-Y analysis, POKE YOKE

SOFTWARES KNOWN:
• MASTERCAM: For Generating tool path for given model or blueprint drawing for
3axis,
• CIMCO: Prechecking of program or any alteration required to shop floor instantly.
• MACRO WIRECUT: For generating the program for given blueprint drawing
for EDM Machine.
• CATIA V5: learning.
