    ba ATTACHMENT TO DEPED ORDER NO. 54, S. 2022 (GUIDELINES ON THE SELECTION OF TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL LIVELIHOOD SPECIALIZATION) Republic of the Philippines Department of Education REGION IV-A CALABARZON 16 March 2023 Regional Memorandum NNo.147 s.2023 To Regional Functional Division Chief Schools Division Superintendents 1, In reference to DepEd Order No. 54 s. 2022 entitled “Guidelines on the Selection of Senior High School Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (SHS-TVL) Specialization,” the Curriculum and Instruction Division (CID) of the School Division Office (SDO) shall be responsible in conducting ocular inspection and verification of the application for SHS-TVL. The approval of the application shall then be released by the Regional Office, through the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD) and upon the issuance of certification by the Quality and Assurance Division (QAD) that form part of the Technical Working group (TWG). 2. The streamlined specialization shall be implemented in all Public Senior High Schools offering TVL Track effective School Year 2024-2025. Private schools and state universities and colleges offering SHS-TVL Track may also adopt DO 54, s, 2022, Annexes may be accessed in this link through (https:/ /tinyurl.com/D054S2022Annexes| 3. This Memorandum also directs the field to transfer tools, equipment and other learning resources to other stations that are more capable of offering TVL specialized subject pursuant to the provision of Republic Act No. 7160 or ‘An Act Providing for Local Government Code of 1991 Book 2 Section 381, which states: “Transfer Without Cost. - Property which has become unserviceable or is no longer needed may be transferred without cost to another office, agency, subdivision or instrumentality of the national government or another focal government unit at an appraised valuation determined by the local committee on awards.
