phrases from the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) Handbook. You watched a short video in
which a practitioner explains what some of these terms mean to her, and we provided an
example of what another might look like in your setting. We also had a drag and drop activity for
you and a suggestion for your setting.We asked you to reflect on your learning and describe in a
few sentences the key things you learned on this course; the points that you need to review; any
plans for changes in your practice; and next steps to make these changes. For your personal and
professional development it is good practice to set a date to review this document.

Before I started the course intent, implementation and impact my confident was 5, but I am
glad I did even though I still stayed 5, I have gained some experience and confidence in the
course intent implementation and impact and quite confident on how to set a good activity
on the purpose of intent, implementation and impact.
