The primary purpose is to protect the buyers
against misrepresentations and fraudulent
activities of developers, sellers, and operators
SALEABLE AND NON-SALEABLE LOTS: NO FIXED SALEABLE AND NON-SALEABLE LOTS: 30% AND
RATIO 70%
ECONOMIC HOUSING: for average income
families
SOCIALIZED HOUSING: undertaken by the
government or the private sector for the
unprivileged and homeless citizens
Basic needs of human settlements,
enumerated in descending order as follows
PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS:
-no less than 100 sqm
-additional 1% increment for every 10

ROW – min of 10 m
Alley – 2 m (break a block; not used as access to
property)
Pathwalk – 3 m (provide pedestrian access to
property for socialized housing; 60 m length
max)
