Ingredients:-
1 cup sesame seeds plus 2 Tbsp. for rolling
1 cup black dates
¼ cup dry ginger powder
10 grams almonds
10 grams cashew Nuts, raw
10 grams pistachio Nuts, raw

Directions:
Lightly heat the black dates on a medium heat for 30 seconds and
mash it up with your fingers into a smooth paste.
Grind 1 cup of sesame seeds and nuts in a mixer. Later add all nut
powder, ginger powder, sesame seed powder to the date paste. Mix
well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and roll them into the small
balls.
Place the loose sesame seeds on a clean dry plate and roll the
laddoos over it.
It's ready to be served!

VEGAN CAKE 🎂

Ingredients:-
Oats – 50 gms
Ragi flour - 50 gms
Black dates – 50-80 gms
Cashew Nut / Almond Milk – 75ml to 100 ml
Coco powder – 1 tbsp.
Oil – 2 tsp.
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp

Nut milk
Take 50 grams nuts, (almonds/ cashew nut/ coconut) soak it for 4-5
hours.
Later take 100 ml water, remove skin of almonds add in mixer
grinder, add little water, vroom vroom in the mixer.
Then add remaining water and pulse for 1-2 seconds. Nut milk is
ready.

VEGAN CAKE 🎂

Procedure :–
Soak the black dates, ragi (nachni flour) and oats in the cashew or
almond milk and keep it aside for 20-30 mins
Add the coco powder to it above mixture and grind it well. Then add
the baking soda, baking powder and 2tsp. of oil just before pouring
it into the baking tin.
Grease the baking tin with little oil. Pour the batter into the tin and
garnish with small amount of Choco chips.
Later bake it for 30 to 40 minutes in a cooker (remove the whistle
and do not add water).
Check the cake is cooked properly by pricking in the corner of the
cake,
If toothpick surface comes out clean cake is ready and if the surface
is sticky keep for more few minutes to cook well
After cooling down cut the cake into slices and enjoy. Also you can
decorate your cake with some amount of chocolate syrup for
enhancing the flavour 🥳🎉

NUT MILK SHAKE 🥛

For Nut milk:- Take 50 grams nuts, (almonds/ cashew nut/ coconut)
soak it for 4-5 hours. Later take 100 ml water, remove skin of
almonds add in mixer grinder, add little water, vroom vroom in the
mixer, and then add remaining water and pulse for 1-2 seconds. Nut
milk is ready.
Flavors(1tsp =5gms, 1tbsp =15gms)
For flavour you can add 2 black dates or 2-3 strands of saffron or
1/2 tsporganic jaggery powder or 1 pinch of cardamom powder or 1
tsp daagewali misri or 2 tsp spoon Cocoa powder

ENERGY BAR 🍫

Ingredients:-
2 cups dates, pitted, chopped, about 18
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
½ cup cashews, unsalted, roasted
½cup pumpkin seed
3 Tbsp. flaxseed grounded
½ tsp. cinnamon, ground
⅛ tsp. salt

Directions:-
Combine 2 cups of chopped pitted medjool dates and 1 cup of
chopped dried apricots in the bowl of a food processor and pulse
until just combined.
Add 1/2 cup of roasted unsalted cashews, 1/2 cup of Pumpkin
seeds,
3 tablespoon of grounded flax seeds,
1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon of salt, and pulse until it
forms a sticky, textured mixture.
Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Scrape mixture into pan and flatten into an even layer with your
fingers. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until it becomes firm, and cut into
squares or bars.
