一、Module function

The user can select the following 20 function modes by pressing the button and
display, and can arbitrarily combine the linkage mode between the channels. The
user can freely set and save the function and unit parameters, and can adjust the T1
and T2 time parameters, time parameters. Adjustable between 0.1 seconds and 270
hours, the maximum accuracy is better than 0.01 seconds.

Tips:
1. Functions 1-8 start automatically upon power-on, and functions 9-20 require signal trigger to
start.
2. Level signal: This module supports 2 kinds of level signal trigger, namely high level trigger and
low level trigger.
3. Pulse signal: This module supports 2 kinds of pulse signals, namely high-level pulse signal and
low-level pulse signal. The X input signal transition from low level to high level is an effective
high-level pulse signal; the X input signal transition from high level to low level is an effective
low-level pulse signal. The level duration after the transition is at least 20 ms.

4. When there is an input signal at the X port, the digital tube will display the input signal source,
and the original display will be restored after 2 seconds. If the signal is input to X1 port, the
digital tube will display “CH-1” for 2 seconds. If the signal is input to X4 port, the digital tube will
display “CH-4” for 2 seconds.

Function 1: Power-on delay pull-in: the relay is disconnected at power-on, the relay
is closed after the delay of T1 time; a pulse signal is given to the X interface at any
time, this function is reset and restarts;
Function 2: Power-on delay is disconnected: the relay is closed when power is on,
the relay is disconnected after the T1 time is pulled, and a pulse signal is given to the
X1 interface at any time. This function is reset and restarts.

Function 3: Delayed pull-in and then disconnected: the relay is disconnected at

power-on, the relay is closed after the disconnection time T1 arrives, and the relay is
disconnected after the pull-in time T2 arrives; a pulse signal is given to the X
interface at any time. And start running again;

Function 4: Delayed disconnection and re-sucking: the relay is closed when power is
on, the relay is disconnected after the pull-in time T1 arrives, and the relay is closed
after the disconnection time T2 arrives; a pulse signal is given to the X interface at
any time. And start running again;

Function 5: Infinite loop mode 1: The relay is disconnected at power-on, the relay is
closed after the disconnection time T1 arrives; the relay is disconnected after the
pull-in time T2 arrives, and then the above action is repeated; any pulse signal is
given to the X interface at any time. This function resets and restarts;

Function 6: Infinite loop mode 2: The relay is closed when power is on, the relay is
disconnected after the pull-in time T1 arrives; the relay is closed after the
disconnection time T2 arrives, and then the above action is repeated; the pulse
signal is given to the X interface at any time. This function resets and restarts;

Function 7: Limited cycle mode 1: The relay is disconnected at power-on, the relay is
closed after the disconnection time T1 arrives; the relay is disconnected after the
suction time T2 arrives, and then the NX times are repeated. The number of cycles
NX is 1-9999. Adjustable between times; give a pulse signal to the X interface at any
time, this function resets and restarts;

Function 8: Limited cycle mode 2: When the power is turned on, the relay is closed.
When the pull-in time T1 arrives, the relay is disconnected. After the disconnection
time T2 arrives, the relay is closed, and then the NX times are repeated. The cycle
number NX is 1-9999. Adjustable between times; give a pulse signal to the X
interface at any time, this function resets and restarts;

Function 9: Extended self-locking mode: Give the relay X interface a pulse signal,
delay the T1 time relay to pull in, and then give a pulse signal, delay T2 time relay to
open. [If T1 and T2 are set to 0 seconds, it will become a signal relay immediate state
flip];

Function 10: Extended level trigger mode: the relay is disconnected at power-on, a
level signal is sent to the X interface, the delay T1 time relay is closed, and after the X
port signal disappears, the delay T2 time relay is disconnected. [If T1 and T2 are set
to 0 seconds, it will become: X port has signal relay pull-in, if there is no signal, it will
be disconnected immediately]

Function 11: Timing pull-in after triggering: the relay is disconnected at power-on,
give a pulse signal to the X interface, delay the T1 time relay to pull in; repeat the
pulse signal to the X interface, repeat the above actions;

Function 12: After the trigger is turned off: the relay is disconnected at power-on, a
pulse signal is sent to the X interface, the relay is closed, and the T1 time relay is
disconnected; the pulse signal of the X interface is repeated, and the above functions
are repeated once;

Function 13: After the trigger, the timing is closed and then disconnected: the relay
is disconnected at power-on, and a pulse signal is sent to the X interface. After the
disconnection time T1 arrives, the relay is closed; after the suction time T2 arrives,
the relay is disconnected and repeated to the X interface. One pulse signal, repeating
more than one function;

Function 14: After the trigger, the timing is disconnected and re-closed: the relay is
disconnected at power-on, a pulse signal is sent to the X interface, the relay is
closed, the relay is turned off after the pull-in time T1 arrives, and the relay is closed
after the disconnection time T2 arrives. Repeat the pulse signal to the X interface
and repeat the above functions;

Function 15: Infinite loop mode after triggering 1: The relay is disconnected at
power-on, and a pulse signal is sent to the X interface. After the delay time T1
arrives, the relay is closed; after the pull-in time T2 arrives, the relay is disconnected,
and then the above actions are repeated. Repeat the pulse signal to the X interface
to restart the above functions;

Function 16: Infinite loop mode after triggering 2: When the power is turned on, the
relay is disconnected, a pulse signal is sent to the X interface, the relay is pulled in,
the relay is turned off after the pull-in time T1 arrives, and the relay is closed after
the disconnection time T2 arrives, and then the relay is closed. Repeat the above
actions, repeat a pulse signal to the X interface, and restart the above functions;

Function 17: Limited cycle timing mode after triggering 1: The relay is disconnected
at power-on, a pulse signal is sent to the X interface, the relay is closed after the
disconnection time T1 arrives; the relay is disconnected after the suction time T2
arrives, and then the NX times are repeated. The above actions, the number of
cycles NX can be adjusted between 1-9999 times, repeating a pulse signal to the X
interface, the above functions can be restarted;
Function 18: Limited cycle timing mode after triggering 2: The relay is disconnected
at power-on, a pulse signal is sent to the X interface, the relay is immediately pulled
in, the relay is turned off after the pull-in time T1 arrives, and the relay is closed after
the disconnection time T2 arrives. Then repeat the NX times or more, the number of
cycles NX can be adjusted between 1-9999 times, and repeat a pulse signal to the X
interface to restart the above functions;

Function 19: Conditional cycle mode 1: The relay is disconnected at power-on, giving
a level signal to the X interface. After the delay time T1 arrives, the relay is closed;
after the pull-in time T2 arrives, the relay is disconnected, as long as the X port level
does not disappear. The module will repeat the above action. If the X interface level
signal disappears, the relay will be immediately disconnected and the function will
be reset.

Function 20: Conditional cycle mode 2: The relay is disconnected at power-on, a

level signal is sent to the X interface, the relay is closed, the relay is disconnected
after the pull-in time T1 arrives, and the relay is closed after the disconnection time
T2 arrives, as long as the X port If the level does not disappear, the module will
repeat the above action. If the X interface level signal disappears, the relay will
immediately disconnect and the function will be reset.

二.Operating instructions

The user can select the function mode and set the timing parameters through the keys and the
display. Here are some terms related to parameter settings:

Buttons: There are 4 buttons: [SET], [SWI], [+] and [-],

Short press: Short press means pressing the key for less than 1 second,
Long press: Long press means pressing the key for more than 1 second,
Operation mode: There are 2 types, which are: [Working Mode] and [Setting Mode]
User parameters: There are 6 types of parameters that can be set, which are P0-P5. Taking the
first channel as an example, the parameters are:

1-P0: Function number setting of the first channel: F-01 to F-20;

1-P1: The first T1 time period: 0000 to 9999;
1-P2: The first T2 time period: 0000 to 9999;
1-P3: time units of T1 and T2, 00 00 to 99 99, the left two digits are the unit of T1, the right two
digits are the unit of T2, 00 is the unit of 0.1 second, such as 01 00, it means T1 is 1
second Unit, T2 is in units of 0.1 seconds. If the unit is set to 0.1, the parameters T1 and
T2 will automatically display decimal points.
1-P4: Number of cycles: 0000 to 9999, this parameter is only used in limited cycle mode;
1-P5: linkage mode: L--0 to L --- 1, whether to choose linkage mode, L--0 means no linkage, and L-
-1 means linkage.
If the linkage mode is started, the end signal of this channel is used as the start signal of
the next channel (the end signal of the last channel can be used as the start signal of the
first channel). Note: 1. The infinite loop mode does not automatically end the loop, so
there is no linkage mode, that is, the linkage signal cannot be issued; 2. Functions 10, 19,
and 20 are modes that require a level signal to operate. The linkage signal is invalid for
these modes.

1. Working mode:
After power on, it enters the working mode, and the digital tube displays the current function
number, such as: "1-0 3" means that the first channel is currently executing function 3.

We take function 12 as an example: The parameters are set as follows:
1-P0 = “F-1 2”, (first channel, function 12)
1-P1 = "3 6 0 0", (T1 is 3600 seconds)
1-P2 = "X X X X", (X is an arbitrary value, not used)
1-P3 = "0 1 X X", (the timing unit of T1 is 1 second, X is an arbitrary value, not used)
1-P4 = "X X X X", (number of cycles, X means any value, this function is not used)
1-P5 = "L--0", (0 means no linkage)
At the same time, the input detection interface X1 is used as a user switch. The following is the
setting process:
1. After power-on, the digital tube displays “1-XX” (If the first digital tube does not display the
first channel “1”, please press the [SWI] button to adjust to the first channel display), and then
press and hold [SET] Enter the first-level menu of [Setting Mode], you can see the digital tube

two digits, you can choose the function;
2. Press [+] and [-] to adjust the value of the flashing nixie. Press [SWI] to switch the flashing
nixie. Set the value of P0 by pressing the keys [+] and [SWI]: " F-1 2 ";
3. Short press the [SET] button again to return to the first level interface, short press [SWI] to
select the “1-P1” parameter, and also set P1 (T1) to “3 6 0 0 by pressing the [+] and [SWI] buttons
";
4. P2 (T2) is not used, so you don't need to set it;
5. P3 needs to be set to "0 1 0 1" to indicate that the timing bases of T1 and T2 are both 1
second;
6. P4 and P5 are not used, they can be left unset;
7. Press and hold [SET] to save the settings and exit the [Setting Mode]. The set functions will
start running immediately.

Setup routine 2:
Use the second channel to control a machine. Each time it is powered on, the machine runs for 1
hour and stops for 10 minutes. This cycle works 5 times and the machine is turned off.
This application can select function 8, the parameters are set as follows:
2-P0 = "2-0 8", (second channel, function 8)
2-P1 = "3 6 0 0", (T1 = 3600 seconds)
2-P2 = "0 6 0 0", (T2 = 600 seconds)
2-P3 = "0 1 0 1" (T1 and T2 are both in units of 1 second)
2-P4 = "0 0 0 5" (5 cycles)
2-P5 = "L--0" (no linkage mode required)
