Position Overview
A Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting HR functions and processes throughout the life-cycle of the employee
experience at the company. These responsibilities include (but are not limited to) new hire processing, coordinating employee
onboarding and offboarding as well as troubleshooting problems or escalating them as needed. This role will receive direction
and requests from the Talent Management team across several Publicis Creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Act as key point of contact for full-time and contract employees regarding basic HR issues and questions and address them
promptly. Understand when to escalate to the appropriate partners and acts in a timely fashion to do so.
Maintain understanding of employee handbook and remain current on changes.
Assist in maintaining HRIS (Career Settings) data, assures highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
Run reports and build queries from Career Settings, as needed.
Research, troubleshoot and respond to questions related to onboarding and benefits enrollment.
Liaise with ReSources benefits to resolve all employee benefit, leave issues, payroll issues, etc.
Maintain calendar of employee leaves of absence; review quarterly with Talent and Resource Management partners to
support plans for gap coverage.
Process various paperwork related to onboarding, lifecycle and offboarding.
Preparation of employee separation documents and administrative management of exit process.
Provide back-up for other HR Coordinators and Talent team members.
Desired Experience
Minimum of one year HR experience, ideally in an agency or professional services setting, or equivalent educational
experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT and Teams
Experience entering and managing data via HRIS, LMS or ATS system.
Demonstrated organizational skills with successful track record of managing concurrent projects/responsibilities.
Position Requirements
Availability during standard office hours, 9AM – 5PM Central time or East coast time, Monday through Friday; occasional
overtime work required.
Ability to conduct meetings via phone and video teleconference.
