I am familiar with Canada as an inventive unitary-State of federal provinces with British

Columbia serving as one of its most popular culturally (as perceived internationally and
domestically). The city has created various protocols on development, that having to do with
infrastructure and sociability in a sense familiar to those understood and nurtured here in the
United States. I will provide features enumerated as their consolidated social constitution.

The city will invest in the migration of Africans, Mexicans, Asians, and Central Americans at an
unprecedented level, meaning in contending with generations and eras past. We do not foresee
the city attracting American industry actors without vacating its exclusionary policies
accustomed - though there are minority communities in the city of Vancouver, naturally, we
imagine, suggest, and will promote the internationalization of the city to diversify its sectors,
culture, and diplomatic approach. We do not suggest a population of immigrants limited to local
industries and socio-economic classes. High skilled workers, academics, industry experts, and
managers of projects deemed accommodative due to their worldly view, due to their knowledge
of variations of activism not constricted by the nurture of North American localities. Those
trained and educated in both Canada and abroad won't be excluded from the application
process, won't be prohibited from ascendancy, and won't be denied productivity as civilians and
political actors in this modern era of integration and advanced sensibilities. We cannot sanction
an immigration and civic policy which would contend with cosmopolitanism and our driven
pursuit toward comprehensive and global citizenship.

The First Peoples of Canada deserve political, economic, and social accommodations. The
tribal populations outside the city limits of Vancouver aren't inherently relegated to serving their
experience outside urban communities. The viewpoint of government, in consolidating local and
federal approaches, won't be convicted by traditions, by the conventional campaign tactics of
political actors, or by the fear indigenous populations have endured in welcoming and limiting
assimilation at the various degrees decided by fate or concise action, by government or citizens.

The city should be motivated to engage a variation of Civil Society which instantly rejects locality
as the sole esteem of their platforms, which instantly accepts that the evolving world of
continentalism and globalism, with us being invested in imminently and swiftly building gates to
enriching social paradigms (over the next two decades and beyond), is productive and needed -
involved will be (1) music, arts, and film industries, (2) festivals, (3) financial markets, (4)
corporate cultures, (5) sports, and (6) a multiplicity of politics which comforts the merger of
regional jurisdictions, those of Seattle and Vancouver and the township communities between
and surrounding.
I have not been excessively focused on religion in my writings, however, I am convinced that our
reverence as Americans and Westerners for Christianity and its community shouldn't deny us
the education and insight a spectrum of living communities of faith would provide to the city and
the plausible megapolis emerging, that constituted by the epicenters of Seattle, Tacoma, and
Vancouver and their orbit. Simply, there is no limit to our cultivation of utopian theories and their
application.
