As a team leader, I prioritize trust and relationships; and identifying individual strengths for efficient
task delegation. For example, while leading a diverse team of maintenance and operations engineers I
ensured clarity by documenting SOPs and sharing a detailed plan. To enhance team cohesion, I
organized an outbound training session at an Adventure Institute. Throughout the job, I provided
consistent supervision, aiding team members and addressing their mistakes constructively. I divided
tasks and responsibilities based on each member’s interests and experience. I believe in open
communication and continuous improvement, regularly discussed ways to enhance performance with
