    Greetings!

    I hope this letter finds you well. I ,GABRIEL DEEP C CASAMA of section CBM B, am writing to inform
    you of my absence from the CWTS session on November 26, 2023, and to request your
    understanding and consideration due to unforeseen and deeply personal circumstances.

    On that very day, I received the devastating news of the sudden passing of my cousin on my father’s
    side. The news came just as I was about to travel back to CMU, and my mother strongly advised me
    to stay with our family to witness the remaining moments and provide support during this difficult
    time.

    The loss has been emotionally overwhelming for my family, and being there for each other has taken
    precedence. Given the sudden nature of the situation, I made the decision to stay and offer my
    support to my family during this challenging period.

    Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time.
