Courses can be dropped within the
first 15
Days of the semester with a refund of
100%
course fee.

After the first 15 days but within 30


days
courses may be dropped with the
permission
from the course instructor, but 50% of Jens Martensson 16
“W” Grade
Dropping a course after 30 days from the
beginning of a semester will require
permission from the university authority

But tuition fee for the course will be


charged
in full.

In this case, the course grade will be


recorded
