Rules of the Debate
1. The debate is between 2 sides (Affirmative and
Negative).

2. There are 3 debaters on each side.

3. Each side's debater argues either the proposition's


necessity, beneficiality, or practicability.
Rules of the Debate
4. Each debater has 3 minutes to deliver his/her constructive
speech and rebut the previous argument. Then, he/she has 2
minutes to interpellate or cross-examine the previous speaker.

5. The chief adjudicator rules in the event of a tie, protest, or


contestation.

6. The judges' total scores determine the best debater and


debating team.

7. The judges' decision is final.
