INITIAL SUPPLY CONTROL AFTER SOP/ INITIAL SAMPLE APPROVAL

Head QA, Process & Operation/ CFT leader will decide any of the applicable control defined in scope the additional initial supply

Tentative Time Period for any Initial Supply Control after Sample approval /SOP shall be as per below table & satisfy I/C

3) Following additional controls can be adopted (as applicable)

i) Increase in sample size / frequency. ii) Frequent process capability evaluations.

iii) Reduced cycle time for problem solving to 3 Days from 5 days. iv) Re-affirmation of operator skills/WCM Deployment

v) Added roles & responsibilities of managers & supervisors. vi) Enhanced frequency of Sub-supplier audits.

vii) Maintaining input acceptance criteria with line output xii) IQC-100% inspection of critical/Aesthetic parts

x) Quality Gate Deployment. xi) Fire Wall for 200% functional % illumination inspection

4) ∆ All the problems during development from initial stage to SOP at customer end to be summarised in Problem history format

Initial Supply Control (Termination Conditions)

1) Head quality / CFT leader are authorized to terminate Initial control based on satisfying following conditions (as applicable).

2) Cpk >/= 1.67 or as per (Customer specific requirement)

3) All problems occurred before SOP are resolved and sorted out

4) All problem/ defects occurred during Initial supply are solved and preventive actions are in place & effective.

5) No issue at customer end during this period

6)Δ Sign off to be done based on the above mentioned or agreed conditions and to be approved as per the sign off format

Identification during Initial Supply Control

1) Concerned line will be identified by INITIAL SUPPLY CONTROL tag for awareness of all

2) Initial control decided will be displayed and updated daily/ weekly/ monthly basis as applicable

Initial Supply Control For sub-vendor parts:

Following Conditions are applicable for I/S control:

a) Safe launch of new product with 100% visual check/ 3000/3 month for CTQ parameters

b) Freqent Process audts to stablize the process

c) Identification OF Initial supply lots.

d) CPK for CTQ parameters to be enhanced to 1.67 from 1.33 cpk

e) Sign off to be done based on the above mentioned or agreed conditions and to be approved as per the sign off format
Termination Of Initial Supply Controls
On succesful completetion of all the above controls/3 months; It will be terminated through Head Materials.
