Sub: Legal Notice final warning letter to initiate the Refund against the money
taken but failed to deliver service.

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to the instructions and authority from and on behalf of my client

Mr. Monis Siddiqui C/o FSAS Pvt. Ltd. Regd. Off.: 702, 7th Floor, Indira Prakash
Building 21, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001. I do hereby serve you with the
following Legal Notice final warning letter to return the money taken: -

1. That my client’s company FSAS Pvt. Ltd is engaged in the business of

manufacturing of beauty/make-up products and preparations for the care
of the skin.
2. You and my client came into an MOU that your company Lash Technologies
Pvt. Ltd. will be providing product promotional services through various
platform. My client paid you prior against the work from time to time on
credit basis.
3. That now still after receiving the payments you have miserably failed to
provide the services as promised by you in the MOU.
4. That the services of Rs. 9,27,619.00 (confirmed by you) is still pending.
5. My client requested you several times through email, messages, calls to
return the said amount, due to your failure to provide services as
promised, but you have always been dilly delaying the same on one pretext
or the other and so far, and have not initiated a single penny out of the
said outstanding refund amount even after the confirmation & promised
as on 20th November, 2023 timing 3:53 pm on WhatsApp.
6. My client calls you but you always avoid his calls and every time leave a
false-hearted message to return the said amount which shows your
malafide intent not to return my clients money.

 7. That now it has been more than a month since you have promised to return
the money, despite of acknowledging the liability of principal balance of
Rs. 9,27,619.00 you have been miserably failed to return my clients
money.
8. That thus you are liable to pay the total amount of Rs. 9,27,619.00 to my
above-named client and my above-named client is entitled to recover the
same from you.

I, therefore, through this Legal Notice finally call upon you to pay to my client
Rs. 9,27,619.00 along with legal notice fee of Rs. 5,100/- which comes to
Rs. 9,32,719.00 to my client either by demand draft, Cheque or NEFT/RTGS to his
bank account which ever mode suits you better, within clear 15 days from the date
of receipt of this notice, failing which my client has given me clear instructions to
file civil lawsuit for recovery and other miscellaneous proceedings against you in the
competent court of law and in that event, you shall be fully responsible for the
same. This notice shall stand withdraw if the money is returned within 15 days from
the date of receipt.

A copy of this Notice has been preserved in my office for record and future course
of action.
