1 Remove the flywheel screw.

2 Extract the flywheel with a two arms

puller.

ATTENTION :
Don’t stay in front of the flywheel.

3 Disconnect the fan and brake coil

cables.

ATTENTION :
Remember to disconnect the tension
before disconnect the fan.

4 Remove the fan.

5 Remove the aluminium shield,

unscrew the nuts (key 17) and extract
the aluminium shield with puller or with
two screwdrivers.

You can extract the stator with the

screwdriver, afterwards the flywheel
bearing.

Extract the flywheel bearing with the

puller.

6 Disassemble the rotor ring nut.

7 Remove the rotor.

8 Remove the cotter with screw M6.

9 Remove the brake drum.

10 Remove the security washer

Remove the ring nut.

11 Unscrew the flange screws with allen

spanner 6.

11 Remove the existing flange.

12 Remove the spacer.

13 View of the new sealing flange

COP0068 consisting of:

- No. 1 Flange FLA0020

- No. 1 Seal Ring AOR0085
- No.1 O-Ring AOR0130
- No. 1 Spacer DIS0020

14 Assemble the components as per

photo.

15 Insert into the shaft the steel spacer

first, then the sealing flange COP0068

16. Lock the 4 flange screws.

17 Re-assembly the security washer.

18 Screw the ring nut.

19 Lock the security washer.

IMPORTANT :
Remember to close the security
washer.

20 Re-assembly the brake drum cotter.

21 Re-assembly the brake drum.

22 Re-assembly the cotter and the rotor.

23 Re-assembly the ring nut.

24 Re-assembly the stator

25 Put the flywheel bearing in the shield

seat.

26 Re-assembly the aluminium shield

with bearing and positioning the 4
thread tie-rods to lock the stator and
aluminium shield.

27 Re-assembly the fan.

28 Reconnect the fan to the electrical

box.

29 With the purpose to maintain the

balancing of the gearbox, to assemble
the flywheel assuring that the present
sign on the extremity of the worm
shaft, fits with the present sign on the
flywheel.

30 The MR14 sealing flange replacement

is finished.
