By selecting the space in between the two paragraphs, you would then click the insert tab on the

ribbon, then would appear a tables section where the drop-down list is clicked and the desired
amount of rows and columns is selected by sliding the cursor on the table to such and clicking.
By block selecting the first line of the extract you would look and the ribbon in the home tab where a
paragraph section is present and you would click centre align with the section.
