of inspiration, offering a wide range of school supplies, arts and crafts
materials, and tools to fuel the imagination.

Our store features a spacious, well-lit Creative Corner where
customers can bring their purchases to life. Equipped with
workstations, tools, and WIFI. We stock an extensive selection of
school supplies, from traditional pencils and notebooks to unique,
artistic materials.
The physical store of ISKOLAR HUB is located at King Dagami
Highway, Cordova Cebu City YenZee Commercial Building. This
location is chosen due to the lack of school supplies stores in this area
and generally, in Cordova. This location has the potential of ensuing a
good customer traffic since it is located beside the high-way where
students are regularly passing by. Having ISKOLAR HUB in a location
where there is a lack of school supplies stores and creative hubs is an
advantage due to the lack of competition. Moreover, ISKOLAR HUB
also has an online page to further reach potential customers outside
Cordova City.

DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE
Students – School works and group projects is always relevant in a
student’s life. In making these projects, a safe, comfortable and a
convenient space is a must in order to efficiently make an A+ school
project.
