My topic is about WASTE WARRIOR.
Do you know about this movement for environmental care?
I´m going to present it.
At first, The movement Waste Warrior was started in several part arround the world.
In India as a non-governmental organisation wich undertakes waste relative projects.
In Europa, however Wasted warrior movement have three ways.
1. With volunteers in some european cities, like campbelltown in Sidney,
Australia.
2. with environmental care policies towards a circular economy
3. and what I like least, some companies and brands have made a waste warrior
commitment. In Spain, TO GOOD TO GO AS A Company or Phenix and
BRANDS LIKE DANONE, Unilever, Carrefour, OXFAM Intermón, are waste
warrior brands.

- Do you think is necessary this kind of movements?

Nowadays Waste Warrior continues to help the environment and people in need,
is a movement with thousands of volunteers and is spreading throughout the
world

On the one hand, thanks to pressure groups, like ZERO waste Europe, in Europe
there are better environmental policies and proposals for improvement this policies,
furthermore there are groups of volunteers needed to help and to extend the
movement through groups of people who give their time to this cause.
On the other hand The business world has seen an opportunity in this movement,
companies have been created around that concept and many brands that do not
respect the environment are joining commitments that by law should already be
fulfilled. In addition, some companies have specialised in accompanying and offering
services to volunteers and charge, sometimes extra, for services that are managed
free of charge by Waste Warrior's own organisation.

especializado en acompañar y ofrecer servicios a los voluntarios y cobran, a veces
de más, por servicios que gestiona gratuitamente la propia organización de Waste
Warrior.

Do you know in your country comunity of wasted warrior?

In Spain each year throw out some 7 million tonnes of food wasted. I am a wasted
warrior. In the past I´m Slow food and local movement, nowadays I´m a member of
wasted warrior community. I use a food wasted upp, and I´m in a

Reto para mejorar el medio ambiente con reuniones periódicas cada mes y un chat
para compartir ideas, un grupo de trabajo.

Are you a waste warrior or are you going to be?

Cuidado con comer lo que no necesitamos. Debemos cuidar el medio ambiente sin
que sea malo para la salud. Un negocio es lo que tiene, a veces para ser rentable
deja de cuidar alguna de las necesidades de los individules. La apps que uso es un
negocio pero da consejos para cuidar nuestra alimentación, mejorar la conservación
de la comida, procurar consumor alimentos locales y de la época cuando se
producen.
Además el movimiento a nivel de voluntariado y de participación con huertos
comunes, permacultura y conciencia introducen mas salud en mi vida y me han
hecho conocer gente interesante con mis mismos intereses.
