THE CONVERSATION…..

NAOMI:Hello everyone,my name is Naomi and this occasion,together with my

colleague Karla ,we will explain the concept of misusing technology and give you
recommendations to improve it.

NAOMI:Firstly ,the misuse of technology arises from the lack of gridance from parents
to children.

KARLA:I am complementary right ,Naomi. Many times parents are permissive and do
not realize the damage that special networks cause if they are not used correctly.

NAOMI:Karla told you that the social network tik tok was created in September 2016
and since that moment it has been a danger for adolescence. Young people make viral
videos instead of continuing to study.

KARLA:That's Naomi ,so below we are going to give some recommendations for
young people to avoid misusing social networks.

NAOMI:Karla.My first recommendation would be that parents set a usage schedule for
their children.

KARLA:As a second recommendation I would say that students receive talks that
guide them and are preventive for this problem.

KARLA:I would recommend that you practice some sport like riding a bicycle with a
friend.

KARLA:I would also recommend reading a book or playing chess.

NAOMI:Finally,if the person is in the stage of suffering from nomophobia ,it is

recommended that they visit a psychologist.
