NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT MIKE LIM and ALEX LIM, Filipino
citizens, of legal ages, and with residence and postal address at Aguinaldo
Highway Biga 1, Silang Cavite and 1109 A Bonifacio, Quezon City, NCR,
Second District, to be my lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:
