Dear Esteemed Red Spartan Alumni,

As we commemorate the University's 120th Anniversary and its first year as the National
Engineering University, we are delighted to host an event dedicated to honoring our esteemed
alumni. This gathering, marking the conclusion of the five-day celebration of the University,
aims to pay homage to the remarkable legacy of our Red Spartan Alumni who have graced the
halls of BatStateU over the years.

It is, therefore, with immense pleasure and honor that I extend to you a heartfelt invitation to join
us for the Alumni Appreciation Night, scheduled for 15 December 2023 at the 5/F
Multipurpose Hall, Student Services Center, BatStateU Pablo Borbon Campus starting at
3:30 in the afternoon.

The event serves as a special platform to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate the cherished
memories and accomplishments that bind all alumni of our University. Anticipate an evening
brimming with nostalgic moments, engaging conversations, delightful entertainment, and
invaluable opportunities to reconnect with fellow alumni, esteemed faculty, dedicated staff, and
