* The selling price of the above flat is the estimated price and is subject to change. Apart from this,
you have to pay other incidental charges and government taxes as applicable.

It should be noted that, in case an applicant is found to have given wrong information about
possession/under the possession of any home in an earlier CIDCO Scheme, then LOI will be cancelled
and all the amounts paid will be forfeited.

The allotment letter will be issued in the next 15 days. The allotment letter will be containing the
details of all milestone payments to be done with the schedule of payment due dates.

In case you wish to apply for a home loan then please visit the bank of your choice empanelled by
CIDCO along with the said LOI and get the following documents to be uploaded on our application
portal under apply for Mortgage NOC section under the applicant profile and fill in the necessary
details. Please visit the FAQ section for the mortgage NOC certificate one-time charges.

a. Request letter for mortgage NOC address to CIDCO as per the format available on our
application portal.
b. Bank home loan sanction letter

If you are looking for bank funding, then request you to visit our application portal and initiate the
process for obtaining a mortgage NOC certificate. You need to fill out the application along with
uploading the request letter, bank sanction letter with a copy of the allotment letter.

Any cancellation before the allotment letter will invite a penalty of 1% of the cost of the said unit.

You will be notified about the agreement process as per the schedule of the agreement. You need to
visit our office with a prior appointment with all original documents uploaded at the time of
application. The application portal will be the single point of contact for all your account-related
updates.
