1. Build a model of how a typical student may allocate time spent on activities.
a. Start by identifying the important economic agents in the model (who are
making decisions)
b. Next think about what each economic agent is trying to achieve (their goals)
c. Think about what is the scarce resource they are deciding on.
d. Do your best to organize this into one model (or framework).
