1 General Conditions
-Bidders must visit the construction site to visualize and investigate the current status. Bidders
must include unseen works costs and expenses in their offers.
-The Contractor shall coordinate with the Makassed, the maintenance team and the Engineer
during the execution of the works to acquire all necessary information on the design, standards,
the existing systems.
- Prior to the commencement of the work, the contractor shall provide the Engineer summary
reports describing list of the works, detailed implementation schedule and obtain the Engineer's
prior approvals to commence the work activities.
- Price shall cover all associated civil / landscape and any other related works mentioned on
drawings.
- Electrical and mechanical installation shall be compatible and integrated with the existing
system and in accordance with the relevant applicable Standards Engineer's instructions.
-The contractor shall take all necessary measures to protect his works, ensure safety of his
workers and visitors, and prevent interruption of the ongoing operation of Beit Al Makassed
during the implementation of the rehabilitation works.
-The contractor shall provide project closing documents such as-built drawings, catalogues,
manuals and free training to the team on the maintenance and operation of the systems
rendered in the building.
- Suppliers must be from the approved supplier list
- Suppliers must be at least for 10 years in the buisness, and must have referecnes for projects of
buget 5M $.
2 QUALITY CONTROL
Testing of all materials to be used for construction site
All supplied material are subject to the approval of the Engineer
