Disciplinary Action Grace Period for Performance Improvement

This has further reference to our discussion this morning with Director.

Despite our efforts your performance is not meting in par with your colleagues of similar level.

Recognizing that everyone faces challenges from time to time, we want to work collaboratively and
provide you with the necessary final time upto April 2024 to support for improvement.

During this period, we expect you to actively engage in warehouse operation and demonstrate
improvement. Regular check-ins and monthly feedback sessions will be scheduled to monitor progress.
