We have an opening with leading construction company for Quality Control / Quality Engineer in Real estate
project at our Mumbai

Position - Quality Control / Quality Engineer

Location - Vileparle /Thane

Job Description

2. Ensure that all work is carried out by the contractor as per approved work procedures and required
documentation including records are maintained at all stages of project.
3. Ensure during, post activity inspections are done by respective section in-charges and records maintained
for the same through random samples.
4. Identify and conduct trials for alternate materials, process, products at site base on benchmark Review
and ensure RCA is carry out by execution team for all NC?s.
5. Ensure observations, NCs, temporary stop work notices are issue and flash reports are escalate when
necessary.
6. Ensure all materials, contractors & vendors working at site are pre-qualified.
7. Reviewing and ensuring that RCA is being carried out by execution team for all NC?s and proper
corrective action is derived jointly with the project team & track closure of all NCs raised at project sites
within agreed timelines during weekly reviews
8. Ensuring that all incoming materials which are to be used for the construction work are checked as per
the frequency mentioned in ITP.
9. Ensure that mock-up is carried out by contractor for all major activities before actual start of work as per
the approved method statement and maintain sign-off record for same.
10. Ensure method statements, ITP, checklists etc. are implemented at site through proper training of
Engineers, Supervisors (Contractor staff) and workmen & through daily monitoring & control.
11. Ensure Quality orientation / induction is done for all newly joined Engineers, Supervisors & Contractors)
and workmen using Pictorial SOPs, walk through at Quality Sample room.
12. Ensure the Quality MIS are send to RO every month.
13. Responsible for quality assurance & quality control at the project site and report to the Chief Executive
Officer (CEO-MMR region)

Other Qualification and Skills

1. Good in Ms. Office and Advance excel.
