SUBJECT : AAR re Conduct of Oplan Waragawag and Video Coverage on

the Situational Updates on BSKE 2023 in the Province of La
Union and Pangasinan

1. Reference: PNP MC 2019-046 PCAD Master Plan Tagataguyod.

2. Please be informed that on October 30, 2023 at 8:00 AM personnel of

RPCADU1 under the direct supervision of PLTCOL DEXTER MARIANO PAREDES,
AC RPCADU1, conducted Oplan Waragawag and video on the situational updates on
BSKE 2023 in the Province of La Union and Pangasinan.

3. Also, said personnel conducted patrolling along National Highways of the

City/Municipalities of Manaoag, Bayambang at Basista, Pangasinan wherein they had
conducted traffic assistance, management and control to the vehicular traffic incident
that transpired along the national highway of Brgy. Nalsian Norte, Bayambang,
Pangasinan.
