I am a dedicated and experienced Logistic and Supply Chain Candidate. Maintaining good working
relations with staff, service providers and sticking to project budgets. I possess strong understanding of
key internal organization and external challenges affecting Logistic and supply chain to oversee
implementation of programmes in area of responsibility and accountability related to programme issues
and ensure effective fulfillment of the supply chain needs. I have maintained good performance in both

EXPERIENCE

1. IMC SOUTH SUDAN FIELD OFFICE Maban and Wau


Position: Senior Logistics Officer
Period: June 2014-31-3- 2021

Key Responsibilities
 Provide planning support and advice to those making procurement request, then process and
manage the procurement process in accordance with IMC policies & procedure, in transparent,
accountable efficient and cost-effective manner in line with donor regulations
 Organize procurement system of highest standards for internal control and efficiency
 Check way bill for incoming stock and prepare way bill for outgoing stock
 Ensure good coordination and communication with project staffs regarding to stock issues,
transport planning and quality control
 Ensuring that assets are kept in good condition, properly managed, and tracked
 Assist in ensuring that the correct documentation pertaining to the identity, repair, theft, loss,
disposal and transfer of fixed asset is completed and filled
 Monitor stocks of diesel and petrol and have all vehicle filled in time and raise the PR from the

 Assisting in the execution of procurement actions for assigned project / field site which typically
involves procurement of goods and services and work or a variety of goods and services for
general use.
 Requesting for quotations from Suppliers and analyzing them in terms of prices, lead
 Preparing Purchase orders and procuring of program goods and services, and preparing
procurement documents and forwarding for payment to the Finance Department.
 Ensuring Stock management system is updated and monitoring delivery of goods to the

 Assisting with the development of vendors prequalifying criteria, identify and evaluate vender’s
performances.
 Assists in the solicitation and evaluation of quotations to ensure overall competitiveness,
 Participating in market and supplier research, updating of price and venders list.
 Preparing Local purchase order, ensuring all approvals are done, Updating Procurement database,
