For the swimming competition in necessary to establish personal habits which


are going to helps your body for meet the goals. Then is important to have a
plan of food, which is going to prepare for a nutritionist. This will offer
information to eating habits for choose healthy and varieties meals.
Fist I going to start my day at 6 am and I going to have a complete and healthy
breakfast with milk, fruit and bread, before the begging of exercises. Then I
going to the club and go swimming for 2 hours. I will follow a training plan
necessary for the routine
Following I going to have lunch at midday with healthy and varied food avoiding
alcoholic beverages. After at 4 pm I going to go to the gym for prepare my body
for training, with different types of physical exercises. Besides is very important
Include relaxation and meditation for dairy routine. is necessary to try to sleep
between 7- 8 hours per day. Because both of themes it can help your health.
