REQUEST FOR THE FACILITATION OF THE CERTIFICATION OF THE

RECIPIENT SCHOOLS OF THE DELIVERED LEARNING TOOLS AND
EQUIPMENT (LTE) BY TRANSPAC

1. The Bureau of Learning Resources-Cebu (BLRC) would like to fast track

the documentation processing for LTEs delivered by Transpac Logistics Cargo
Inc. (Transpac) to schools. As stipulated in Memorandum BLR-2024-01-035
dated January 5, 2024 signed by Director IV Atty. Ariz Delson Acay D. Cawilan
re: Request for the Facilitation of the Certrification of the Recipient Schools of
the Delivered LTE by Transpac, the Division LRMS EPS and Supply Officers are
respectfully requested to facilitate the immediate preparation and submission of
a certification from the recipient schools that they received LTEs delivered by
Transpac.

2. Attached are list of recipient schools and the templates of the certification.
Due to the urgency of the matter, the recipient schools are requested to upload
the scanned copy of their respective certification on or before January 15, 2024,
through the link https://bit.ly/Certifications_DeliveredLTE.
