Yes, it’s Premium Processing. Below is the summary of the steps that needs to take place prior.
A. Filing of I-140- Reviewing documents, completing forms, submission of evidence by the Lawyer.
B. Notice of Receipt- After the USCIS receives your I-140 petition, it will issue a Receipt Notice and assign a file number to your
receipt. This also includes a date to which you count the 15 days premium processing, the timeline depends on USCIS.
C. Notice of Approval- If the USCIS accepts your petition, an Approval Notice will be issued. This means your I-140 has been ap
move on to the next step in your Green Card process, the timeline depends on USCIS.
