Schengen Visa For Visit Friends

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to apply for a Schengen visa as beginner upon my intention to travel to
Germany from February 2 to February 16, 2024. The main purpose of my travel is to visit
my Germany Friend, my trip was fully sponsored by my German friend, starting from my
departure and return accommodation as well as a place to stay while I was in Germany. and
my German friend's address is Gladbeckerstrasse 271, Bottrop, DE, 46240, Deutschland.
However, I look very forward to also visit the magnificent sights throughout Germany, as
well as experience the famous Germany Food and learn the German culture and way of life.
During my stay, me and my friends wish to spent a holiday in the Netherlands to celebrate
to our meeting.

I am employed at Ananda Junior Kindergarten at Garuda Sakti Street, Blok E no 87

Pekanbaru, since July 20nd Until Now, currently holding the position of Head Master. My
employer has approved my leave from work during this trip. I assure you that I will not stay
much longer because I have strong ties in Indonesia not only through my work and personal
assets but also through my family ties.

Please find enclosed the following documents to support our visa application:
1. Visa application form and declaration, duly dated and signed
2. Two passport-size photographs as per visa specifications
3. Original and copy of my passport
4. Travel Insurance, coverage of €30,000
5. Leave approval letter from my company
6. Fligh-ticket reservation for my flight from Jakarta-Kuala lumpur-Doha-
Dusseldorf airport (February 2-February 16, 2024) and Return To Dusseldorf –
Doha-Kuala Lumpur-Jakarta Airport
7. Verpflichtungserklärung from my Germany Friend
8. My latest last 3 months bank statements, duly stamped and signed by bank and
ITR.
Planned Itinerary:
 February 2- 3February 3, 2024 : Flight from Jakarta airport to Kuala lumpur-
Doha and Dusseldorf
 February 4, 2024 : Rest after a long day on the flight
 February 5, 2024 : visiting my friend's family house in Bottrop,
especially his parents
  February 6 – February 9 : Stay at my Germany friend apartment
 February 10, 2024 : Followed my friend to where he worked
 February 12, 2024 : Sightseeing in Germany
 February 14, 2024 : My German friend held a small gathering with
his best friend at his apartment
 February 16, 2024 : Flight back to Jakarta from Dusseldorf
