    OOTB Properties
    PRPC uses many OOTB properties for rule processing.

    Open CB and check there will be many properties related to px, py,pz.

    pxCreateDateTime : It holds the date and time value when the case is created.

    pxUpdateDataTime : It holds the date and time value when case is last updated.

    pxCreateOperator : It holds the Operator ID of Work object creator.

    pxUpdateOperator : It holds the Operator ID of Latest update operator.

    pyID : It holds work object

    pzInsKey : It holds primary key of instance (Case or work object or any instance)

    Px  Read only/No Write (Cannot be edited)

    Py Read & Write (Can be Edited)

    Pz No Read/ No Write (System use only)

    Open CB and click on Edit Icon

    We can see only py properties and user defined properties are editable.

    Px, pz properties can’t be modified.
