    Following our call on 10 October 2023, we wanted to inform you from the reception of our
    delivery on 15 October instead of 15 September either one month of late unjustified.
    Moreover, we noticed 10 women’s coats missing in the package, referenve AX 256 to 266,
    who was very expected.
    So, we hope that can receuve the missing product quickly possible fornot harm the fonction of
    our store. We also wainting for explaination complete, after this delivery very unfortunate. In
    a view to recollaboration we advise you reoganize all your delivry system, for make it more
    effective.
    You will find enclosed a summary of missing product. We look forward to having your answer.
