Automation Regular
Safety and productivity in perfect harmony
Increased machine
utilization and safety
Take advantage of using automated loaders without deploying
automation for the entire fleet of machines. Scooptram Automation
Regular enables the mine operation to continue even while no
workers are allowed in the mine, for example during ventilation
after blasting. Your operation can proceed without disturbances
throughout shift changes which results in a substantial productivity
increase.
Main benefits
Lower risk of personnel injuries thanks to the safety
system and by removing the operator from exposed areas
2
Fixed operator station makes
it possible to operate the
Scooptram from a safe
distance above ground
Safety system
3
Automation for a single loader
Being the next level of automation after line-of-sight radio remote control, the Scooptram
Automation Regular system is easy to install and maintain, providing a quick transition
from manual to automatic mode.
+ Safety system
Scooptram Automation Regular is supported by a certified safety system
which significantly reduces the risk of personnel injuries. The system has
safety barriers which automatically shut down the machine if an operator or
another machine crosses and enters the work area where the loader operates in
automated mode via tele-remote control. Each safety barrier consists of a
barrier cabinet and two light curtains.
A comprehensive
service offering
Even the best equipment needs to be
serviced regularly to make sure it sustains
peak performance. An Epiroc service
solution offers peace of mind, maximizing
availability and performance throughout
the lifetime of your equipment. We focus
on safety, productivity and reliability.
