Greetings!

‘Promoting Excellence through Determination and Hardwork’ is the motto that we at

Fravashi Academy strongly follow. With this in mind and at the same time ensuring Excellence in
Education a number of positive changes have been inculcated for the upcoming Academic Session
2023-2024.

These changes are as under:-

1. The school shall function from June 2023 onwards:-

 Monday to Friday - 7.40 am to 2.00 pm (Grades V-X)
7.40 am to 1.00 pm (Grades I-IV)
 Two Saturdays in a month - 2nd & 4th Saturday - 8.10 am to 12.30 pm (Grades I-X)
 Pre-Primary Section - Nur & Jr. KG - 09.00 am to 12.00 noon
Sr. KG - 09.00 am to 1.00 pm
Saturday-Holiday
2. There shall be only 1 Break for lunch:
a) Pre-Primary Section - 10.30 am to 11.00 am
b) Primary Section - 9.55 am to 10.30 am
c) Secondary Section - 11.05 am to 11.35 am
3. Full School Assembly shall be conducted every Monday. Class Assemblies shall be conducted
from Tuesday to Friday & on Working Saturdays.
4. Clubs shall now be conducted during regular school hours only (no stay backs).
5. The New Bell Timings are attached for your kind referral.
6. Open Forums shall be conducted on working Saturdays (Secondary) every month for
minimum 2 Grades at a time (schedule shall be posted in the DTR), Pre-Primary & Primary (as
scheduled in the DTR),enabling you to connect with your ward’s class teacher and subject
teachers more often.
7. A number of new & interesting activities have been included in the upcoming DTR and you
shall be intimated time to time about the same.

As partners with you in the upbringing of our students, we look forward to sharing the responsibilities
and doing our very best to enable each of them to achieve success.
