TOPIC 1 : Your favorite electronic product.

I’d like to talk about my favorite electronic product.


Since I know how to use technology-related things, what I like the most
is smart watches. The big difference is that it is very convenient for work
and study. I really like walking and exercising, but you know when I'm
walking and checking maps, it's really hard to focus on exercising, and
when I'm actually jogging, I really want to relax and listen to music, but
when I'm holding my phone, According to it, the phone is a bit heavy,
the best choice is the Apple Watch smart watch. When I run and am
active, it can control my heart rate and closely monitor my health, which
is really a huge plus. It's something I really need when traveling and is
my favorite technology item.

Topic 2: Your fitness and eating habits.
Actually, my habits and physical strength are really not good right now. I
often sleep late, work long hours and don't eat enough meals. But I know
health is really important, so I usually spend 2 hours a day jogging on the
beach every day and cooking once a day to be able to supplement
enough nutrients for my body. Luckily, I have the habit of eating
vegetables and drinking 2 liters of water regularly every day to have a
good spirit for work and study. Now I know that my habits and physical
strength are really not good. I know that I need to focus on taking care of
myself more. I need to sleep early and wake up early instead of staying
up until morning and sleeping until noon. That's really bad for your
health. and take the time to have quality meals instead of fast food

I often go running to stay in shape. I often go running along the beach,

I usually eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, drink too much water to stay in

I should avoid fatty food and fast food such as burgers, fried chicken, fast

I should avoid fast-food because it is not good for my health. It can cause
many health problems such as obesity, heart diseases and even cancer.

Unhealthy eating habits are under or over eating or too late , eating too
much fatty food, sugar and salt

It is important to do regular physical activities and have a healthy eating


habit.

About 6 hour a day. I usually go to sleep at 1 am, too late
