Are you passionate about enabling an organization to consistently deliver great experiences to their
customers? Thomson Reuters is currently re-imagining the experience we provide our customers and seeking
a Product Owner, Legal Order Capture that can help us reach our goals.
Understand legal sales and marketing for business objectives and translate business needs into
actionable system development projects that enhance the capabilities of the current infrastructure with
flexible, innovation solutions. Partner with IT to accomplish goals and provide ongoing communication
to various business stakeholders on project status.
Serve as a business subject matter expert on various business systems including Salesforce.com and
Order Capture solutions for the legal business.
Understand data flows across various systems as well as sales and marketing processes within business
systems.
Provide ongoing trouble-shooting of issues, partner with IT resources to address issues, and raise data
quality issues as necessary.
Provide best practices and ongoing support to sales groups and marketers on how to leverage tools and
systems.
Facilitate drafting of acceptance criteria with technical Business Analyst to support requirements.
Work with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence teams to identify key change management
issues and training curriculum needs
About you
You’re a fit for the role of Product Owner if your background includes:
3+ years implementation or consulting experience focused on CPQ (Conga focused), CRM (SFDC),
marketing or business development software.
Ability to plan and collect business requirements, define scope and deliver a product that meets
expectations. Perform gap analysis and identify solutions or workarounds. Record and report on all
product defects and enhancements.
Ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously and adjust to changing demands in a fast-
paced environment
Desired Experience:
Experience working with Apttus CPQ. Other CPQ applications would be helpful.
Working knowledge of: Saleforce.com, Order Capture solutions, Data Warehouses, Business Objects,
Access, Excel, Lucid Charts, SAP (WR)
