The following diagnostics are for the control panel in Illustration 1.
Error codes are automatically displayed on the control panel when specific problems occur in the
heating and air conditioning system. As the number of the code increases, the severity of the
problem increases. The control panel will first display "ERR". Then, the control panel will display
"---". The "---" is the error code for the corresponding error. The code will be displayed for 15
seconds. Then, the control panel will be reset. The control panel will recheck if the error is
corrected. If the error has not been corrected, the control panel will repeat this mode until the error
is corrected.
Note: The exception is error code "016". During the 15 seconds after the key is turned to the ON
position, error code "016" will flash if the error exists. Then, the display will return to the normal
display. error code "016" is not seen at any other time.
When error code "032" is flashing, turn the control panel ON for one minute. Then, disconnect
power for 15 seconds. If the error code is removed, everything is correct. If the error code is still
present, replace the control module.
When error code "064" is flashing, an analog input error exists. Replace the control module.

When error code "128" is flashing, communication between the control module and the control
panel does not exist.

Possible Combinations of Multiple Error Codes

If this situation exists, the standard error codes from Table 1 are added together. The sum of the
codes is now the multiple error code.
This is an example. If error codes "001", "002", and "128" are present, error "131" will flash.
There are a total of 255 possible combinations.
