I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to present a comprehensive proposal for an exciting interior
design project that I believe will greatly enhance our workplace and contribute to a more productive.

Scope of Work:

1. Space Planning: Through careful analysis of the existing office layout, we will optimize the use of
space, ensuring efficient traffic flow and maximizing functionality.

2. Furniture and Accessories: We will recommend new furniture that not only meets ergonomic
requirements but also adds a touch of style and elegance to the office. This will include desks, chairs and
storage solutions.

Timeline and Budget:

We anticipate that the project will be completed within a timeframe of 17 December 8pm-12pm,
depending on the scope and complexity. Regarding the budget, each person has to pay RM 20, we
estimate that the total cost for the office renovation will range between RM1700 and RM2500 , including
design fees, furniture, and installation.
