We’re Looking for Field Engineer!!!
Location: Subang Jaya

Job Requirement:
 To Install, Lay, Splice and check the Fiber Quality of a network.
 To configure routers, network system and other engineering works related works.
 To do end to end testing/troubleshooting link
 To coordinate between Project Managers and Telco and customers to complete the
given task onsite.
 To Install and Decom of VSAT and RF Equipment and Systems.
 Carry out site technical support functions for telecommunications networks and install
telecoms solutions compromising of VSAT Equipment for Satellite connectivity, Fiber
and Network configuration Works.
 Ability to multitasking and be reassign to multi works activities
 To Fiberize in building and out of building sites.
 To do site survey / survey fiber route
 To prepare document (Technical proposal from site survey findings/handover
document)

Fiber Optic Engineer
 Design and engineer outside plant fiber optic networks
 Obtain the necessary state permits or permits required for network construction.
 Prepare detailed drawings of designs using tools like AUTOCAD and GIS to provide
clear guidelines for the construction team.
 Collaborate with in-house teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless project coordination and construction.
 Ensure that all construction designs meet industry and safety regulations, following
MUTCD standards in all work zones.
 Visit field locations within the service area to gather accurate field notes for new
construction and changes to existing outside plant facilities.
 Assist in the transition between existing and newly constructed plant facilities to
ensure a smooth handover.
 Display an aptitude for learning various FOCUS Broadband systems and common
software tools, including Microsoft programs and Adobe Acrobat.
 Demonstrate an understanding of FTTP (Fiber to the Premises) concepts, whether in
brownfield or greenfield environments.
 Performs all other duties assigned by Engineering Operations Manager
