RESOLUTION NO. 02
Series of 2024

RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MEMBERS THE

APPLICATION TO THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR) OF SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAWAT, CAMILING, TARLAC

WHEREAS, In an endorsement dated last session addressed to the Sangguniang

Barangay to Sangguniang Kabataan Application/Registration to the Bureau of Internal
Revenue of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sawat.

WHEREAS, after the deliberation on the matter, it was approved by the members
of the Sangguniang Kabataan to endorse favorably the application of the SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAWAT to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). SK
Chairperson Hon. Reitheniel F. Castillo is assigned and authorized to transact with BIR.
ON MOTION of SK Kagawad, Hon. Matt Lenard P. Facun, unanimously seconded by
the body;
NOW THEREFORE, as it is hereby resolved favorably endorse the APPLICATION
OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAWAT to the BUREAU OF INTERNAL
REVENUE (BIR).
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the office
of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and other offices as it
may concerned.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the above resolution is valid and existing until revoked
or amended.
APPROVED unanimously.
